Our growing firm is a back office outsource service provider of Operations, IT and Compliance services to Registered Investment Advisor firms. We provide a unique growth opportunity for investment operations professionals to expand their knowledge, experience, and skill set in a challenging environment. We are specifically seeking individuals with Portfolio Management software experiences such as: Envestnet Tamarac, Orion Advisor Services, PortfolioCenter, Black Diamond &/or Advent Axys.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Portfolio management stewardship
- Daily account share & cost basis reconciliation review
- Corporate Action review
- Account set-up and maintenance
- Performance reporting
- Billing calculations & reporting
- Maintain written procedures
- Project support
- Client interaction/Client servicing
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Full Microsoft Office software proficiency
- Must have excellent composition and verbal communication skills.
- Must excel in an independent working environment as well as work successfully within a team.
- Must work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent logical reasoning
- Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have excellent organization skills
- Must have good people skills with a great customer service attitude
- Positive attitude, motivated and friendly

- Portfolio Management
- Rebalancing Software
- CRM
- ConnectWise Manage
